The rates were implemented, thinking in your convenience and to provide you a personalized attention, all this because of the large number of attendees. You will also find in the reservation form some special courtesies that the Hilton Cancun offers to the participants that are staying at the hotel.
Speakers must bring their Power Point Presentation, or presentation file in PDF format, on USB flash memory (memory sticks, SD cards) or CD-ROM to be loaded before the technical session starts.
All rooms will be equipped with an ONLY-Windows-based laptop computer.
