Must be submitted electronically in MSWord files, not less than 150 words and not exceeding 300 words, in 12 pts Times New Roman font, in one page Letter size, starting October 15, 2009.
Full Papers
If the proposed Abstract is accepted, the full paper must be submitted electronically by April 2, 2010, in MSWord and through this official website. Accepted full-papers will be published in CD-ROM format for distribution at the conference.
